Shipping

Active Health Shop offers FREE WORLDWIDE shipping service for all orders. In order to provide safe, fast and reliable shipping we use ePacket shipping service if available in your country (usually available in USA, UK, Canada, EU and most of the world countries). If ePacket service is available we will provide you with a TRACKING NUMBER so you can track you order from it’s shipping center to your destination.  In other cases we will choose the best possible shipping alternative method and try to provide you with a TRACKING NUMBER (not guaranteed).

Processing time takes 1-5 business days. During the holidays processing time may take up to 10 days. You will receive a confirmation mail that your item has been shipped and a tracking number (if available).

Depending on your location parcel may take 1-3 weeks to arrive. In some parts of the world, it may come to additional delays due to customs clearance, and it can delay reception significantly. We do our best to reduce costs on your end so that you do not have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items! If you ordered multiple items from us, it is highly likely that the goods will be shipped in several packages and from our different warehouses. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive. The prices shown on the receipts received MAY be lower from what you have paid but please note that these prices do not include any TAXES, TARIFFS, SHIPPING or FEES that may have been incurred.

Please ensure that you enter the correct email address when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see whether your confirmation email has been sent there. If there is still no confirmation email, please send us a message at office@activehealthshop.com.

We usually process orders on the same day they are placed. If a change needs to be made to your order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we cannot make any promises.
